NEW DELHI: The Union Cabinet has approved the proposal to set up a constitutional body for Backward Classes. This means the bill will be introduced in Parliament shortly. According to the draft, there will be three other members besides the president and vice president of the National Commission. After Parliament the Commission will institute a constitutional status. The government's move is seen as an important step in the direction of movement of the Jat-Patidaar combat. The OBC will require Parliament to later add any species.

The government will set up a new Commission for socially and educationally backward. The government will amend the constitution.
Other reservations are based communities regardless of the new commission's recommendations may also be economic. How to set the stage reserved for the OBC caste monetary reserves (EBC) may also be drafted through the Commission.
Savarnomam should be reserved for economically backward people, which has been repeatedly demanded by the Eu. The government is unlikely to meet the demands can not be ignored by the Commission
OBC will be required to allow Parliament to include a new species. National Commission for Backward Classes Commission will place a new government. This decision may be benefited by the  BJP  in Gujarat. Notably, reserve chaplains are fighting the govt. for the past year and a half.
Gujjar community demanding reservation has been made, including the addition of Hindi speaking states of Haryana and Rajasthan Jat community chaplains, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat. The Commission will strengthen the govt. through a vote of vote bank by the satisfaction of all, is likely.
Modi will make a new backward commission! Now the cabinet will join the approval of the parliament.
The central government of Modi took a big decision today and approved the cabinet for the creation of a new commission instead of the Backward Classes Commission.

Cabinet approval was given to establish social and educational backward class National Commission (NSEBC) as a constitutional unit. After the Cabinet, the government will bring amendment bill to Parliament for this.

This decision of the Modi cabinet is being seen by linking the screw solution of Jat reservation. Because the Jats are constantly pressurizing the Government of Haryana and Central Government for reservation.
Now after this decision this commission will get constitutional status. So far, the Backward Classes Commission got statutory status.
But after getting the constitutional status, the commission can send a proposal to the govt. for adding and removing any caste to backward classes. With this decision of the Modi Govt., it is certain that there will be a difference in the number of different facilities in the country, from all the caste based jobs. According to the Central Govt's decision, a new commission will be formed in place of the backward class commission through constitution amendment. According to the Central Government, social education will be a new definition of backward.
    By 1985, the Backward  Classes Commission  came under the Home Ministry but  after that this commission was added under the Ministry of  Social and Empowerment. V. Ashwariya, the President of the National Backward  Classes Commission In this commission there are three members  besides a president. According to the new rules, it will be  possible to change the OBC list after the approval of Parliament. The term of the chairman and the three members is three years. The Chairman of the Commission is former Judge, while the same people who have worked in different areas can  become members. Which come from the OBC caste.
