Instructions
1. Latest version of Mozilla Fire fox or Google Chrome to be used for filling the form.
2. Please keep your photo in JPEG format (size less than 200kb), scanned copy of signature, service letter or department identity card scanned copy for uploading & Aadhaar card ready at the time of filling of form. Aadhaar card number is must.
3. Candidate has to fill correct data as per the records of the department. No changes in the filled form are allowed after submission. Please check all information before submitting the form. No hard copy of the application is to be sent. Print out of the form duly signed on page no 2 by your department head along with Xerox copy of photo ID & service letter to be submitted at the time of examination. Without the certified print out of form & necessary documents, candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
4. An applicant has to pay the fees of Rs. 200 for Theory & Practical both (or),Rs.100 for Theory only (or) Rs.100 for Practical only by online payment mode. Transaction charges of Rs 10 per transaction to be borne by the candidate.
5. The registration fee once paid is neither transferrable nor refundable under any circumstances.
6. Original Photo ID to be produced at the time of examination for verification. Without original photo ID (Any one Aadhaar Card / Voter’s ID / Driving License / Passport) candidate will not be allowed to appear for examination.
7. Your mobile number will be your user name and password to be remembered by you. All the alerts will be sent on registered mobile number.
8. After verification of documents, you will get permanent registration number which will be your examination number.
9. All the scanned copies like photo, signature must be clearly visible / readable.
