- 5 crore for provision of virtual classrooms in medical college
- Provision of Rs. 30 crores for the special scheme to save priceless life by treating the first Golden Hour in accidents.
- Provision of 100 crores to modernize bus stations
- Keeping in mind the safety of people, the Gujarat State Road Safety Award will be started
- Provision of Rs. 410 crores for setting up of 1640 new buses to strengthen transportation services in remote areas.
- A provision of Rs 2 crore for setting up of a boat ambulance service in coastal areas, provision of Rs 22 crore to purchase 100 ambulances for 108 ambulances, provision of 4 crore to purchase 15 new ambulances for inter-hospital transfer.
- A provision of Rs 7 crore for the establishment of a national level museum that shows the contribution of the tribal leaders who participated in the freedom movement and the tribal culture.
- 3 crores for lion darshan 3 crore allocation for the protection of extinct species
- The excise duty on foreign liquor and current rates of fees have been revised. Spirits, Beer, Mild Beer, Vine, and its transportation tax also increased. Alcohol tax has been tripled for permit holders.
- 46 crores for development of Rakshashakti University
